1. Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Yes. We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days providing your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs of returning items to us. We suggest that you use a trackable method or keep your postage receipt in case your package gets lost by your shipping courier.
*A refund will not be issued if the hair has been tampered with in any way (hair or lace cut, colored, worn, etc). Please understand that this is for hygienic reasons and here at ExtenCity, we take the safety and well being of our clients very seriously.

2. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Due to the high volume of orders placed through ExtenCity Hair's online store, once an order has been placed and sent for processing at our factory, it cannot be changed or cancelled to avoid confusion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
3. What if I am unhappy with my order?
